Mandy represented me in my two rental property purchases in Columbus. I live in another state and I was looking to invest in the Ohio State University rental market. I was doing a 1031 exchange and was on a short time frame to purchase. Being that I live out of state and unable to view the properties in person, Mandy would FaceTime me to view each property. Mandy was great and went above and beyond what any realtor has done for me in the past! The first purchase was complicated by the seller. The seller was very challenging to work with to say the least. Mandy managed helped reduce my stress and worked with this difficult person the make this sale go through. Given my limited time, Mandy managed to locate a second rental property in addition to the first one. The second property also had its challenges but Mandy overcame them. Mandy managed to locate and close on two investment properties in 3 months. I found her to be very knowledgeable with Columbus market. Her communication was beyond excellent. She kept me well informed on each step and situation. I've worked with a lot of realtors and I find Mandy's knowledge, caring and expertise to exceed many others. She even helped me get one of my new rentals up and running with a new tenant since she knew I lived on the opposite coast. I look forward to working with Mandy again in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase in Columbus. I can't thank her enough for her hard work.
