I have worked with Jessica when my friend was looking into purchasing a house in the past, and also, a transfer sale of that house to another friend of mine. When it came time to purchase my own home, she was my first choice.I knew that Jessica would be able to assist me in purchasing my first home, a fixer upper in the neighborhood I have lived in since that initial sale. Jessica has always been wonderful to work with so I knew I would be in good hands when the process of purchasing a fixer upper became confusing and frustrating. From the very start, Jessica was organized and informed. She provided me with a packet that outlined what to expect and included a useful timeline to serve as a road map to home ownership.The first house I looked at was a large home, just on the outskirts of my preferred neighborhood. Jessica met me late in the afternoon after a big snow storm had come through to show me the house. The house had been abandoned and the sidewalks nor the driveway had been cleared of snow. I had also recently broken my leg, so I was on crutches. Even considering the situation, she was very cheerful and helped make a path through the snow for me to get to the house. She did not rush me through the house, she asked many questions to make sure that I was getting the house that I wanted, and pointed out potential concerns about the property.Eventually we found the house that I would end up buying. While I was finishing up my loan requirements Jessica was available to let me into the house so I could get inspections as well as contractor quotes, and if I was unavailable due to work, she would go in my place until I could make it.Jessica was extremely timely in providing or finding answers to any questions I had. The requirements for the renovation loan that I had received were often times hard for me to understand, or to know who I needed to contact to get the information that was requested to move the process along and get closer to closing. Jessica went above and beyond to help me figure out all of the little intricate details and requirements of the loan, and provided me with the proper contacts even when it was something that was generally considered outside of the scope for a realtor.I have the utmost respect for Jessica and her extensive knowledge of the area I was buying in, and also her tenacity in finding the answers to help me purchase my first home.I honestly do not think I would be a home owner right now if it were not for Jessica, I would still be waiting to close.I can not recommend Jessica enough, she has been absolutely fantastic to work with!
