My fiancA(C) and I recently bought our first home together in Cedar Rapids! Cassie and her team at Skogman Realty were AMAZING. We knew we were in the right hands from the very beginning. She thoroughly explained every single step without over complicating things, which relieved a lot of the stress that surrounds first time home buying. Our dream house was listed online late one Sunday evening and we contacted Cassie to see if we could get a showing Monday morning because my fiancA(C) had to leave town for the week on business that afternoon. She made this happen over night (literally!) and we put an offer in before he had to leave. I know the house would have sold to another buyer that week had we not been able to see it that morning. Cassie also had her baby 1 week before closing and the transition of care to her colleague Megan was seamless! Megan was able to make it to our final walk through and closing appointment no problem.. you would have never known that their team was working one man short! We have been in our new home for about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier! If you are looking to buy or sell in the Cedar Rapids area you should definitely Call Callahan!
