My husband (then fiance) put his house on the market in March 2012. Under instruction from Bobbie he was to DECLUTTER. He had lived in the house for 21 years as a bachelor accumulating mounds of stuff. Bobbie's first reaction upon entering the house, was shall we say, professional. He could tell by her reaction that it was a house of a bachelor and needed TLC. She put on her general's hat and instructed him to have the house ready to show by the ides of March. Much to her surprise, he had it done a day early. Bobbie then went into action aggressively promoting the house, holding multiple realtor open houses and making numerous suggestions on how to stage the house properly. Needless to say, he took each of her suggestions to heart without question and the house sold in two months. I would highly recommend (and have) Bobbie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Central NJ.
