My husband and I had a great and successful experience working with Victoria Bisgrove, from the very first time she showed the house until closing. My husband and I didn't have a broker or real estate agent representing us to buy that property, and didn't have much knowledge of the area, as we live in NY state and the house is in Massachussets. Vicky worked so efficiently and with great ethic as a dual agent, working for the seller and the buyer/us, in what is usually is a very complicated process of a short sale. She guided us clearly on all the steps, was very proactive working personally with all the parts involved in this short sale, and responded promptly to all many questions and requests we had during the entire process. She gave special attention and full support to make sure we could get to close in reasonable timing. She also had an impressive knowledge of the property and land regulations.I would definitely work with Vicky again, and highly recommend her. A very dedicated real estate agent who will go the extra mile to assure a successful closing to her clients.
