Cassie Dickerson was incredible. There is no better way to put it. We got the first house we put an offer on because Cassie was so knowledgeable. The neighborhood we got into had an average of 2 days on the market and Cassie got our offer through effortlessly. She was fierce in negotiation, always recommending us small ways to make our offers stronger and overall saving us thousands. We ended up owing close to 10 thousand less than we would have if not for all her work. The day of close, she visited our property 3 times to check on things the sellers had messed up. She was always running around putting out fires, so we never even saw smoke. She had everything covered before we could even worry. You could not have a better buyers agent (or real estate agent in general) than Cassie. Highest recommendation possible.

We recently purchased a piece of property in Buckingham, VA through Peggy. We could not have been more pleased with her! She is friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic, and an experienced professional. Peggy is "on the ball" the whole time and will walk you through the whole process. You can count on her to get things done! It's obvious from the first time you meet her that she loves her job! We met Peggy through our daughter & son-in-law who had recently purchased their first home in Buckingham. They were very pleased with her and every aspect of her personality and work ethic. We also found this to be true as we sought to find available properties in the area. Peggy kept in constant touch with us through e-mails of new listings within our price range. When one we had previously looked at had a significant price drop, Peggy was right on it and immediately informed us of it so that we were able to quickly make an offer on the land which was accepted. We were glad that we had someone else, familiar with the area, looking over the local real estate as we were busy with our own jobs and did not have the time to be constantly online checking for changes and new listings. We believe Peggy is the best in the area. When we started out, we admired Peggy as a great REALTOR. Now she has also become a lifetime friend. We would highly recommend her!
