We had been unsuccessfuly trying to find a home on Cape Cod for several years when we decided to contact a local agent to help us realize our dream of owning a home on the Cape. We contacted Amanda after reading her bio and she returned our call quickly. Amanda helped us narrow down both the type of home we wanted as well as honing in on the exact location on the Cape that would work best for us. We don't live locally so we relied heavily on Amanda to do a lot of the research and scouting for us. We communicated often via email and phone and once Amanda had a number properties for us to visit, we traveled to the Cape over a long weekend. After viewing a number of properties, we found our dream home and Amanda helped us make an offer and negotiate a great price for the property. Amanda has a relaxed, low-pressure style and her ability to anticipate (and avoid) problems before they became issues is the primary reason why our purchase went so smoothly.
