My husband and I have purchased two homes in the past year and used Jennifer Gates as our realtor for both. She is wonderful to work with, not only is she knowledgeable about the market in our area, but she is very easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to make the escrow process go smoothly and enjoyable. The first home we purchased while living out of the area and she was our eyes and ears, she met with the inspectors, and contractors she showed up anytime we needed her and escrow closed on time!. When purchasing the second home we were new to the area and didn't know who to use for a lender and she recommended a great lender who also closed escrow on time! We asked her if she would open the house several times during escrow so that we could do inspections and meet with contractors and just like the first sale she was always there willing to help with a smile on her face. I was so impressed with Jen that I recommended her to my mom and she ended up purchasing a home through her as well and she was also very happy with her service. I highly recommend Jennifer Gates if you are looking to buy or sell real estate. If we purchase another home she will be our first call!
