I was a non resident owner of a townhouse condo and as such I couldnt be physically present much (especially with covid surging in SC), so I had to heavily rely on Phillip to keep the place ship shape and report in when there might need some work. He was attentive, responsive, and on top of the situation the whole time. That alone would have me give him a 5 star review, but during the move out, at the last minute, I had someone who was going to take about a third of my stuff bail on me. So when I left the condo with a garage full of stuff for good, 2 days before closing, Phillip spun some magic and had the remaining contents removed and the condo thoroughly cleaned. He was unflappable, cool, and efficient about dealing with a myriad of last minute problems. All that and not to mention, he got the place sold. I highly recommended Phillip as your realtor.
