Christine was amazing, when we first got in touch with her it was for a rental property and we didn?t think we could afford a home at this time but we needed to move. We didn?t have the slightest idea of what we qualified for as to affordability of the overall house price. After a few minutes of questions and number crunching she came up with a concrete number, different options on how to get there and all the financing possibilities. With her guidance and motivation we went forward with finding and purchasing a magnificent house. She took her time to find out what your wishes, wants and needs are associated with your home purchase. Her years of experience were extremely helpful in negotiating and fighting for the best price and agreements in our contract.
