My boyfriend and I had just started our search for a home when we stumbled upon Mr. Trevon during an open house. We had made up a story that we were working with a realtor (haha). He didnt push to give our information and I took his card and went our merry way. After further research of about 5-7 realtors we finally decided to hire Trevon Peiris after finding out we had another mutual friend that also used Trevon when they purchased their home and WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THAT CHOICE. Buying a home I was told was the third most stressful experiences next to Divorce and Death. ( its true, get ready for the ride of your life.) He was with us every step of the way. Every single step. He gave us his advice from his previous experiences. He doesnt make you feel like you have to rush in making decisions. He gives you his thoughts and I would say 99.9% of the time is in your best interest and you should probably listen. Youll have your doubts but trust me just take what he says and do it haha. Hes a pro and knows exactly what to do. We were in Closing for over 100 days. As stressful as that sounds, those advices that he gave us ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars. Some of this information he could of kept to himself and literally we would of closed a lot sooner than 100 days but he didnt. He thought about us first and wanted us to get the most during our negotiations. Thank you just doesnt seem like enough words to express our sincerest gratitude to you. He went above and beyond for us and it did not go unseen. We couldnt have done it without you T! Theres a reason he has probably the most five stars in Somerset County when it comes to Realtors in Zillow, its blood sweat and tears of a well deserved hard working man. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
