We were lucky to have Christa as our realtor when we purchased our first home in Texas. Being new to the area we did not know much about the different neighborhoods. Christa provided excellent information to helps us narrow down our choices in homes. She truly listened to what was important to us and our needs in a home. With her help we were able to purchase a home that fit our needs. She was such a wonderful realtor regarding that purchase so we didnt give a second thought in calling her when the time came to sell that home as our family grew and it no longer met our needs. Her knowledge of staging and her communication with us was top notch! We were very lucky to receive a few offers at one time and she explained every detail. I cannot say enough good things about Christa. Buying and selling a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences of a persons life, but that was not our experience because of our realtor, Christa Burgess. Christa knew exactly what it would take to sell our house quickly and for the perfect price. Her advice on what to do to get our house ready to sell was specific, easy, and right on the money. I think our house sold as quickly as it did in great part because we followed Christas suggestions. Christa also helped us find a home that was just right for our family. She got to know us and seemed to anticipate our needs and questions. She guided us through the whole process with a calm and confidence that was contagious. For anyone looking for a realtor, I suggest calling Christa, relaxing, and trusting and allowing her to just do her thing. Who says it has to be so stressful?
