Almost immediately after reaching out to Jay, he called and met OUR schedule on meeting. He walked us through the process and even went so far as to take a stab at what price we would realize at the end of the process (more on that in a bit). He spent most of his time listening to us as we answered his questions. We had not sold a home before, really, and had no idea what to ask. But Jay knew what we should ask and guided us the entire way.Jay hooked us up with a staging expert to ensure our home showed as well as it could. That meeting took place as soon as OUR scheduled would allow (it could have been sooner except for us). We followed the advice we got and within a week of out initial meeting, Jay had scheduled an open house.During the entire process, Jay was incredibly response to our every need/question. Calls, texts and emails were immediately answered. We never felt in the dark or out of the loop. We received weekly market news to see our "competition" and to better understand the market.42 short days later, we closed the sale. I mentioned that Jay took a stab at where our price would ultimately be. He was EXACTLY right! Not close, I mean exactly! That's a guy who knows the market and works his tail off understanding everything that drives the market.We didn't want to move from Katy and look forward to a chance to return, and when we do, Jay is our guy! Simply put, far and away THE BEST!
