Finding the perfect home can be a daunting task. Combine that with moving across the country, and the stress is compounded, ten-fold. Working with the right real estate agent was critical for us. Our key criteria? An agent who had a thorough knowledge of Johnson City real estate, who would quickly help us familiarize ourselves with the area, and direct us to the best community to fit our needs and lifestyle. Janice was recommended by one of our family members there, and it was a perfect fit! We researched Zillow and Trulia and sent Janice our wishlist. When we arrived she had strategically scheduled appointments allowing us to see eight homes in one afternoon! As we viewed, she intuitively deleted homes from our initial list which she knew would not be of interest to us, and suggested homes and new listings of which we were not aware. She also had thorough answers to all of our questions about Johnson City. Amazingly , the process was so easy, that our plan to "just familiarize ourselves with the real estate market this visit," turned into making an offer the very next day on our dream home!Here are some of Janice's attributes, for which we will be forever grateful: kind, sincere, knowledgeable, the consummate professional, punctual, thorough, and available (with a 3 hour time difference this was of great value), and going above and beyond...she found a renter which made it possible for us to buy our dream home, in advance of our move to Johnson City. Janice helped my wife and I find our perfect home when we relocated to TN for a new job. We could not have been more pleased with her work. We truly enjoyed working with Janice, and she went out of her way to help us thru every step of the process from introducing us to the area all the way to closing on our new home.
