I am very thankful for Petra Becker's help in listing my house for sale. She sales many houses in our neighborhood, so when we needed to list we came to her. She was very knowledgeable about our house and the market and came to us with a defensible listing price in mind given our needs and the market. She had advice on what colors to paint, and when we had trouble getting a painter to do the job she was able to get her painter to respond the same day she reached out to him and start the job the next day. Once we were ready to list, she promptly put our house on the market including online listings and advertisements. She also made neat presentation folders for showings.Once we had a buyer, her role changed to facilitator since she was representing both parties. I felt like she performed that role fairly, communicating between the two parties accurately and without bias. Through the closing process, Petra facilitated the requested repairs in a professional and trustworthy manner. I could not arrange the various trades people due to my work, but Petra got everything taken care of with trustworthy professionals whose prices seemed fair. I would definitely recommend Petra Becker. I thank her for all her help!
