My wife and I recently bought a house in the Loma Linda Redlands area with Carlos and we had an excellent experience. Carlos is an easy going and well known realtor and his years of experience were apparent through our interactions with him. He made time of us when we were available, even going to open houses twice in one day because I was not able to go during the day because of my job. If I expressed interest in a house, he would arrange for it to be seen the same day or next day. He is always professional , soft spoken but assertive and confidant and knows the real estate market inside and out. He is also honest about the homes we visit, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Frankly I wasn't looking for a realtor to tell me that every house was excellent without flaws and he helped us find a beautiful house we really liked. Due to his experience, we were able to get a competitive price on a home. If you are serious about purchasing a home, he is the right guy for you.

Carlos took a complex situation and got an ideal outcome! We have been living in another state, renting our home out to tenants--anywhere from 3-4 tenants in the home at any one time, all managed by a management company. We decided to sell this year and were unable to get a competitive offer until talking to Carlos. His intimate knowledge of the properties and people was obvious right away--we got a top-market offer before long. There were also repairs and maintenance that needed to be coordinated as well as other loose ends. We weren't around and had no way of telling if things were being done properly or not--Carlos took care of it all with the highest level of integrity and professionalism--he returned emails and texts in usually less than 2 minutes! He also copied us on all the closing documents as well as motivated the buyers and their agent to be on-the-spot about closing on time. The whole thing could have gone horribly wrong, but thanks to Carlos Gutierrez, we are looking at a low-hassle, high profit sale in less than a month.
