My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we couldnt be happier with the experience we had with Pat Champion. I dont usually write reviews, but being as how I read so many when searching on who to work with I figured it might help someone else in the future. With how emotional the process can be it really does help to have an experienced professional to advise you. Working with Pat was great. She was always quick to respond to our questions and never pushed us to look at houses that were outside of our price range. As the searching process goes a few of the places that we asked to see werent the best fit one we got there to see them. Rather than trying to sell us she was completely honest with us and told us that we could do better. I remember after looking at one place she joked that even if we wanted to she wouldnt let us put in an offer because of price and the condition of the property. The house we purchased is an older home that needs a little TLC and my wife and I were a little conservative with our concessions. She didnt hesitate to let us know that we were leaving money on the table. If your searching for a Realtor I would HIGHLY recommend giving Pat a call.
