We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Summer! We were moving to St. Pete from Tallahassee and weren't sure whether to buy or rent, but we wanted to consider both options. Summer was aware of this from the get go, and not only was she still willing to work with us, but she was supportive of our situation and never made us feel pressured to buy. We were house hunting from a distance, and Summer was always willing to hop in the car and FaceTime us from a house as soon as we saw one we liked. She spent as much time as we wanted in each house and gave us her impressions based on her in-person experience. We knew it would be an uphill battle trying to get an offer accepted in this competitive market (and were told by other realtors that we could probably expect to put in as many as eight or nine), but we were able to get our third offer accepted! We beat out four other offers and truly believe it was because of Summer's advice on crafting the offer as well as her consistent communication with the listing agent. As first time home buyers, we were only vaguely familiar with the process, and Summer walked us through it every step of the way. She is extremely conscientious, and not only was she on top of everything, but she was always thinking one step ahead. We can't recommend her enough!
