When my wife and I met Gary Berkson it was by email then text then phone his voice first of all put us at ease since we were relocating from Hershey Pennsylvania Gary put our minds at ease like a father who walked us through this difficult buying process with the grace and knowledge of a true professional Gary made himself available to my wifes questions on weekends all hours of the night and day Gary even answered our questions while he was on vacation in California and on a Business trip to up state New York ! We were introduced to Gary almost 2 years ago before we moved to Lake Mary. Even before moving to the Lake Mary area, he was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods assigned to good schools. We reached back out to Gary recently to actually start the home buying process. He was very honest about what homes he did and did not want us to purchase, made us feel that he was on our side. After we found a home we were interested in, Gary guided us through the entire process including getting us connected to a mortgage loan officer. Weve bought homes in the past but Gary was top notch in keeping us updated about everything. He went out of his way to call us and text us about everything on the house we chose to purchase. We purchased an older home so we knew some repairs had to be made. Gary knew who to contact for specific repairs. If you are looking for an agent who is well connected within the community and is very knowledgeable on a lot of the homes you want to purchase he is the one to work with!
