This is my first house purchased directly in my name. While I had some ideas of what needs to be done, I have not completed the entire process by myself before and thus needed some guidance as well as second set of hands to search for the suitable place. Lori was always prompt and direct with me. Once we found the place I liked, she guided me through the whole process in a timely manner, from the beginning to the end. She also assisted me in identifying a list of local professionals who would be best suitable to help me with the purchase process. After some further research and several calls later, I had ended up using a lender, a lawyer, and an inspector contact that she had identified. Everyone was very courteous and professional. There were several obstacles, but she seemed always one step ahead, and always on top of things. She even managed to negotiate the purchase price over 1.5% (6k) lower, between what the seller would not budge down from, to what I was willing to consider a much fare price, thus leaving me with spare change to help furnish the place. To add, the appraisal for the place was lower than the purchase price, so her skills as a negotiator had definitely helped me a great deal with the lender, after the fact the contract was already signed. All in all, if I am in need of professional real estate services in the future, Lori would be at the top of my list. Thank you Lori for your expert services!!
