WOW, WOW,WOW!! This young man was awesome and deserves way more than five stars. I recommend LeJon to any and everyone buying or selling a home. Hes persistent, consistent, professional, caring, helpful, reliable and I must add DIFFERENT in a very good way. After accessing our home LeJon said to us aEURoemy team and I only need two days at your homeaEUR?. I really didnt know what that meant but the next day they showed up to clean. They cleaned walls, grout floors, our kitchen and our yard. He told us what to get rid of and what to keep. I mean it was amazing!! He staged our home beautifully and then had professional pictures taken. He priced it right and never took us out of the loop. He never placed a sign in our yard nor did he have an open house but we had 2 showings, 2 offers and sold in 2 days!! He didnt stop there. He met us at closing, came by our home to see how our moving process was going (in a suit) then changed clothes and helped us move!! I swear, Lee is Gods gift to real estate! We found Lee on Zillow and from the first phone call with him we knew he was honest, hard working and really knew his stuff. He was very patient with us when we asked him a million questions. He made sure to explain every step of the process clearly and made sure we didnt have any questions, no matter how small. He works harder than any other real estate agent Ive met. We had to move rocks in our front yard to fill in gaps and Lee was out there moving/raking rocks and even moved a boulder from one side of the yard to the other. He also has an amazing eye for staging and making the house look amazing for pictures. It didnt just stop there with Lee either! He was there for every showing of the house, the appraisal, the inspection, signing papers and everything. Because of his hard work and dedication we were able to get under contract after only ONE day on the market! Even when the first buyer backed out he was able to re-list and get under contract ONE day later! He and his team member Phoenix also helped us load up our truck and get out of our house in a matter of hours. When Lee tells you he will be there with you every step of the way he means it. Lee along side Nadiyah from Nova Home Loans and Ashley from Chicago Title is THE dream team!Thank you Lee, Nadiyah and Ashley for making our buying and selling so seamless! We love you guys!
