When we first met Karen Arbutine with REMAX Central she explained that his job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Karen would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. She also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. My favorite statement that Karen made was aEURoe You want to have a real sense of what you are buying and the level of care the owners have cared for the home while you walk through, the last thing you want to do is buy someone elses problemsaEUR?! Karen referred us to an amazing home inspector who Is also a General Contractor, we feel she always had our best interests at heart.
