I have encountered a number of disappointments with real estate agents in the last 6 years. Every problem imaginable, mostly just not meeting my needs or feeling fully represented. Often it feels like the agents want the big commission check without doing the work to make the sale happen, or just having the knowledge to make the sale go smoothly.
