I thoroughly enjoyed working with Carole and her staff. We live in Georgia, but owned to condominiums in the Destin, FL area. We contacted Carole to help us sell one of the units. We were selling amid the economic recession, but Carole managed to move the condo quickly and for a decent price, considering the economic climate. Because of this, we decided to list our second unit with her as well. We had the same wonderful results! So my father-in-law also used Ms. Pleasants to sell his condo. Carole's staff (particularly, Jennifer) are prompt, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond to keep us in the loop and informed. The closing-which took place between the two different state-was effortless on our part. One other thing I would like to mention is the fact that Carole and Jennifer went out of their way to see that a personal item of mine was shipped to me prior to the sell. This kept me from driving 5 hours to pick it up. I highly recommend Carole Pleasants and her staff.
