I listed my condominium with Amanda Madden, an agent with the Paige Moore Team. She did an excellent job in all phases of the process. Amanda arrived on time for your initial appointment, which was to complete the listing paperwork. Amanda was knowledgeable and professional in reviewing and explaining all of the listing paperwork. These attributes continued throughout the whole process and applied to all of the team members with whom I dealt. Even though my condominium unit was very small and the sale price was small in the scheme of residential real estate, Amanda took her time taking pictures and explaining the process as she went along. She took many pictures, from many angles, explaining how important they would be in advertising the property. Within days of the property being listed in the MLS it was shown several times. Prior to each showing I received a phone call from her office and each caller was professional and friendly. I received, and accepted, an offer from the first couple that viewed the unit. Although that offer initially didn't work out, unbeknownst to me Amanda worked tirelessly behind the scene with that prospective buyer to get the financing that worked for them. A week later they were able to make the same offer and I accepted. The next few weeks things ran smoothly and Amanda, or another team member continued to provide me with status reports. We were set to close on a Friday. Tuesday afternoon of that same week I received a call from Amanda telling me there was a small glitch. Evidently the mortgage company was requiring an additional inspection. And although she was confident the sale would go through, she feared it might be delayed, not knowing how soon the additional inspection could be done and the necessary report provided to the mortgage company. Once again Amanda worked her magic, going above and beyond. Not only did she find an inspector, she met him at the unit that very same evening. As mentioned previously this is not a million dollar sale, not even six digits, and here she is traversing the property in the dark with the inspector and a flashlight. She had the flashlight in one hand and her cell phone in the other, confirming to the lender the outcome of the inspection. By now it's almost 8:00 p.m when she calls to let me know we will close on time on Friday, and we did. I also wanted to mention that when the first offer fell through, the unit continued to be shown and during that week I probably received at least eight calls that the unit was shown. All of the interest in the property and the showings were a direct result of the work Amanda and her team put into the listing and advertising process. I am grateful to Amanda and the Paige Moore Team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property in our area.
