Demetri came very highly recommended by someone in the housing/real estate business with more than 20 years of experience. This was after I worked with a different realtor for 2 months with zero results. I contacted Demetri and we were able to quickly schedule a meeting that accommodated my busy schedule. He took his time, listened to my concerns and expectations. He was also very honest with me, about my expectations and the realities of the housing market. In just a few days, he was showing the respective property to a potential tenant who met my expectations. I am very particular, and he accommodated my every request. He also didn't waste my time with unqualified applicants. He even provided me with a draft lease that included recent changes to the housing laws (HSTPA). We communicated extensively and within two weeks, the lease was signed. He even followed up a month or two after to check how things were going with the new tenant, to which I responded, GREAT! Demetri was extremely responsive, knowledgable, professional and efficient. He made the entire process seamless and stress free.
