When we were first starting to look at homes in Big Bear but we were not quite ready to buy yet we met with Mike. He gave us helpful information at that time about different neighborhoods in the area and the real estate market in Big Bear. This was very helpful because we spent a year and a half looking online at homes and we knew which neighborhoods were better for us and what we wanted by the time we were ready to buy. Then when we contacted Mike about beginning the process of looking at homes he was helpful in letting us know when there would be more inventory on the market. As it turned out a home came up on the market a lot quicker than we expected that we loved. The day I called him about the house he responded immediately and he went up and took a video of the home and emailed it to us so we had a better idea of what it looked like. This was a Friday my son and I went up there on Monday to look at the house. My husband was unable to see the house till the following Saturday. The listing agent was a previous coworker of Mikes so he was able to keep us informed and in the loop. By Thursday someone else had made an offer on the house before we were able to come up the second time. We came up on Saturday made an offer on the home and it was excepted on Sunday night. Mike was always very responsive to any emails texts or phone calls when we contacted him during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the big bear area and their real estate market. I had read many great reviews about Mike when I was searching for a realtor and that is why I chose him. He was always available for us when we needed questions answered or to look at the house. He even went up to check the house after we closed escrow for us because we were not able to go up there immediately. I highly recommend Mike as your realtor hes one of the best.
