In Dec 2018 we first met Mike to discuss putting our second residence on the market, having been part-timers for 21 years. We guided us through the process, including a broker's estimate. At that time we decided not to list. Then in July 2019 when the circumstances changed, we were again back to Mike. We discussed pricing strategy to our best advantage along with other points , and decided to list. He did an exceptional job in presenting our home and its key attractions through the photographs on the MLS. Timing is everything and we had a full asking price offer within 6 days of being on the market.
