I wasn't sure if I was buying or renting a house, so I was all over the place. Jen Gold made my whole confusing process sooo simple. She gave me plenty of options within both my renting and buying price ranges. She was there to answer every question as if I was her only client; which you know your not. I felt as if I was top priority to her! She was always there to answer her phone, and call back with updates, even though there was no need.Even the most repeat probably meaningless questions, she found the answers and, more importantly, answered them promptly. When it came time to settle on a price, she had my best interests first hand, and would not let us get priced out. She again made US feel as we were the most important part of this process, not her pay out or others. If your looking for someone that will totally listen to what you want, provide multiple options based on YOUR wants/ needs, make you feel as your top priority, and look out for your best interests; Jennifer Gold is your person. A true pleasure to work with and very professional.She always to be one step ahead of my thoughts and concerns. Plus she stayed on the concerns I had regarding things I wanted to have before I would accept. I am without a doubt going to her when time to buy my dream home (mansion with golden toilets), because she pursues it as if it were hers too, and she will find it!
