Courtney represented me as a buyer and seller.Let me start by saying that I didnt plan to move and I decided to look at a condo on a whim. Zillow put me in touch with Courtney. Preparing for the process of moving is stressful and deciding to move on a whim is even more stressful and Courtney was up for the challenge. We met Courtney in September 2017 to put our house on the market. She did a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that same month and her "Can Do" attitude impressed us both so we asked her to agree to be our Real Estate Agent. We developed an "asking price" based on her CMA and she set up several "open houses" and many showings over the next few months, aggressively marketing our home. We believed that the house would not sell in the winter months, but she felt sure that it would go quickly. In February 2018 clients made an offer for our home and we accepted. Today, 26 February 2018, we closed on the deal and Courtney's prediction came true.
