I unfortunately did not have a positive overall experience with this agent. She helped me sell my home and she represented me in the purchase of my new one as well. Michele was supposed to draft up paperwork that protected me in the sale of my home, so that I could not be left without residence should the purchase of the new home fall through. This paperwork not being drafted had a major impact on the entire process and forced me to purchase a home that I did not want to purchase, but due to the lack of that contract I had no choice. The agent assured me multiple times that I could not be forced to sell my home if my new one fell through, which was not true. It felt to me that this agent was not looking out for my best interest and some very questionable recommendations were made towards the end, such as letting the buyers of my home move into my home with me until my new home was finished, and selling my home and making me stay at a hotel until my new home was ready.
