We used Chris to find and purchase a retirement home on Oak Is.Were familiar with the area, but still needed him to steer us around and into homes that really meet our needs. Not waste time by just showing us anything that we may have seen from the street or online and thought might work.We were not in a great hurry, he understood that and never tried to hard or over sell a particular home.When we found a couple of homes and started negotiating prices, he keep us within realistic offering numbers. On our final counter offer, he suggested that we lower our planned $# by a signification amount due to the seller being very motivated and we were offering a clean, quick, cash deal. It went through with both parties leaving the table very satisfied.Less than 4 weeks later we took possession. Our thanks to Chris for his laid back, yet professional manners.
