My wife and have bought and sold many houses over the years so we have a very good baseline for the type of realtor we want to have our on team. A realtor needs to help you find what you want, be your advocate during the offer stage and the deal with all the little odds and ends to get you to closing.Ed was really responsive and transparent during the hectic offer stage and has been really helpful as we take the last steps toward closing. He has been so efficient that even though I not yet to closing I have recommended him to a friend with very specific criteria and he has already found them the their LBI home and they are in the process of going under contract as well. Besides Ed's helpfulness, another thing that had made the process easier is the strength of the people he has on his team. Everyone he is had recommended from his surveyor, to engineer, insurance person and painting contractor have all been super easy to work with. This makes it a lot easier to to progress towards closing. We would certainly use him and again and will continue to recommend him to others.

If you are looking for a home on LBI work with Edward Freeman, Jr. because you will not find a better agent on the island! We have bought and sold a lot of houses in the past 30years and worked with nearly a dozen different agents...if only we could have worked with Ed Freeman, Jr. on ALL of them! Edward is knowledgable about the island and the market; he is a great listener; hard working; and honest. Ed is professional, yet down to earth. Ed is an excellent communicator, (we came from out of state so that was very important) and responds to phone calls, emails and texts...even on his wedding anniversary! Ed Freeman, Jr. went above and beyond the call of duty many, many times for us throughout our search and during the buying process, even at the closing when an issue arose, it was Ed who calmly and creatively solved the issue. Working with Ed Freeman, Jr. was fantastic, not only did we realize our dream of owning a home on LBI, but we gained a wonderful friend in Edward Freeman, Jr. He is simply the best!
