We just completed a great experience with Ed as our broker. He represented us when we bought our new home in Barnegat Light, and made the entire process very smooth and fairly quick. He represented our interests flawlessly and anticipated potential stumbling blocks and proactively solved them. He's knowledgeable, fair and very responsive. Ed also helped us with the sale of our former home- also in Barnegat Light- and really earned his commission with that transaction. It was a bit lengthy and more difficult than our new home purchase, but he exhibited the same calm demeanor, professionalism and attention to detail that we had seen earlier. We have dealt with a lot of folks in the real estate industry, both on the Island and elsewhere on the mainland- Ed is truly at the top of that list. We value his advice and judgement, but more importantly, we now consider him a friend.

What started as a random connection via Zillow transformed our entire home buying experience. As we got to know Ed, he not only confirmed our belief we were going to be in a great location, but surrounded by great people as well. Overall we could not have asked for a better person to work with - and become friends with - during the home buying process. Ed's professionalism and knowledge of the local market were immediately apparent when first speaking with him. That expertise was matched by his desire to see our family in the right house for us. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for - location, size, family dynamics, rationale for a beach house - and worked diligently to see it all come to fruition. Throughout the process it became clear why so many people choose to work with him and his team. Simply put, he says what he's going to do and then does it. And when Ed says "full service" he means that too. He was there to help in every step of the process - legal, finance, insurance, contractors, etc. It's abundantly clear why so many good people gravitate and work with Ed.
