I'm no expert in the field of reality or had to deal with it in the past but the past year plus that me and my wife were in the market we had a few realtors to deal with and not knowing any better we couldn't tell what was good or bad till Bruce came into the scene ...he showed us what true dedication and passion was when it came to getting everything done from the first call to the handing us our keys, on point with every and all questions we had to throw at him, he would take calls to our convenience from 6am to 10pm, if he didn't have the answer at the moment we asked it was sure to be answered mins to just a few hrs of asked question, he showed us houses that our first two choice pending realtors couldn't find, he found us over 20+ houses that met our requirements, he traveled over 30+ miles in some cases just for 1-2 houses ....the man is incredibly on point with every aspect of house hunting, he investigated so much with his time we were able to save thousands on our purchase, he was referred to us by multiple people and friends who also found the perfect house cause of him ...we signed and still he is in the picture to make sure everything went smoothly, we didn't just find an excellent realtor ...we found a friend as well who still keeps in touch.Some may think this is just a courtesy, I assure you this is NOT the case, he is by far of reviews of others the real deal ....his team that backs him are also just as incredible I couldn't have gotten luckier to land someone so down to earth and with knowledge... I will be going out of my way to refer him and his 5 star team to anyone looking for a home.
