THE BEST!!!! Seriously, if you like tons of people checking out your house so you can get it sold then Ryan is the guy for you. For as busy as he is, you still get information and follow up for every walk through. If he can't get to you the day after the showing then he has someone send and email/text and gets back to you as soon as he can. Our house was a VERY unique house. His marketing brought in plenty of showings and he stuck with it and probably worked harder than we paid him to. ;) He remained in contact with BOTH me and my husband throughout the whole process. Nothing is perfect, We had a run of weird luck with buyers and contracts falling through. None of it Ryan's fault. Yet he apologized and explained things so we could make quick decisions and get our house back on the market quick. So great to work with.
