We used Brenda Mullen to find our dream home in San Antonio TX this spring/summer - she was amazing!A military colleague recommended Brenda to us and introduced us via Facebook. Right away, I knew Brenda would be fantastic for us, as she already had a great reputation and based on conversations with my friends, we could fully trust her. I just cant say enough for how reliable, engaging, and genuine Brenda was during such uncertain times. Her professionalism, flexibility, and understanding were the most reassuring part of going through a military move in the middle of the COVID pandemic. To say the least, we were on the fence about many aspects of what we wanted in a home aEUR" location, size, age, lot, etc. Brenda and the Mullen Group at Re/Max Access have a great platform to search for homes and develop e-alerts for when new listings hit the market. I had so much information at the tip of my fingers, and tools to compare the smallest details easily, and Brenda was right there to help me navigate through the process. We flew into Texas twice to see many homes on a very tight schedule, and during the COVID we resumed viewing homes remotely! Her expertise in the San Antonio area was unmatched, Brenda explained the various neighborhoods and was very supportive in our mission to find the right place!We were concerned that our house in Maryland would be tough to sell during the COVID pandemic, and she put us in touch with a fantastic agent in Maryland also! And, she helped us to find a great lender! Despite dealing with so many variables and changing circumstances during our move, Brenda made the process incredibly easy for us and took extra steps to ensure we could negotiate a great deal on a new and beautiful home. I recommend Brenda Mullen, without reservation. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Brenda was referred to me by my realtor in Austin and I am so glad she was! She helped me and my husband tremendously throughout the home buying process and made sure we got into the house we loved. If it wasn't for her hard work we wouldn't even have been able to make the offer as the seller only gave us one hour to submit it once we contacted them. But Brenda got it done and made sure our offer was as attractive as possible and guided us on what we could do to make it better. And throughout the escrow process Brenda was 100% on top of things and very communicative about what we needed to be doing to make sure we were ready to close. Even when there was a small issue with the seller at the last minute, Brenda was able to work things out in our favor. I am very thankful to have had her during this process and would love to work with her again!
