Stephanie helped me buy our first home in Mansfield TX. She is very professional and very easy to get along with. She took her time to show us numerous homes and was very patient with us. We saw a home we loved the first day Stephanie showed us homes but we didn't act fast enough and the next day was in contract. She made sure she let the seller's agent know that we were disappointed and that we were serious buyers. After three weeks of looking at homes, Stephanie contacted me stating that the financing of the house we lost fell thru and if we really wanted it, the seller would give it to us and not re-list. So the house we wanted from the very beginning was OURS!!! I am no real estate agent and I have no idea about home prices but I did want her to offer the seller a lower amount on the house. She was hesitant and discouraged me to do so citing various reasons. We did come up with a offer that was below list price and it was accepted however, I always feel that I paid more than I should have. The closing process was effortless and I am a very happy homeowner. She did make my homeowner dreams come true and I didn't pay list price so all in all it was an excellent transaction. I look forward to working with her again. Overall, She is great!!!
