Working with Tim Moldenhauer was the first positive experience I have had with a realtor. I found him through the recommendation of a mortgage agent which speaks highly of him. He helped me as a seller and a buyer simultaneously, and both went smoothly. Tim knows his market, and he is honest with you about prices. He works with your schedule and seems genuinely excited when you find something you like. His team is exemplary in staying in contact, returning calls, explaining procedures that are unfamiliar. Even their photographer is great. Tim went out sick while the process was underway, but I felt completely taken care of anyway. I got top price for the sale, which went under contract in a week after listing while a house down the street languished for months on the market. On the buying end, even if you're not from the NWA area, you get the guidance you need to figure out what you can get for what you can afford--and he respects your price range. I never felt pushed to look at or buy a house that was beyond what I wanted to spend. The Fayetteville market can be overwhelming because of the speed at which houses are sold and bought. Still, when a good house came up, he got a showing before it was listed and was up front about what he thought would help clinch the sale. It worked. Even though there were some minimal repairs, one of his recommended inspectors' reports was so thorough I felt completely comfortable taking the house anyway. Four months in, I feel the same. I would never work with anyone else, and if I were to leave the area, I'd probably ask Tim to recommend someone in the new area!
