We got so lucky when we found Brittany Bidwell. We needed to sell my moms house El Paso, Texas. The thing is my sister and I live in California. So we inquired about a real estate agent through a real estate online service. Several agents responded via email and text, but Brittany responded by sending a short video introducing herself. She came across personal, friendly, and professional, which is what we were looking for in a real estate agent. Turns out Brittany was all that and more! She was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and helpful throughout the selling and closing process. And since my sister and I werent there to help with the day-to-day stuff, she easily communicated via phone, text, and email. Her communication skills are top notch! Brittany did an excellent job guiding us every step of the way. She was very responsive to our needs. From getting the house ready to sell up to the closing process. And to top it off the house sold a lot quicker than we thought it would and at the price we wanted. This is important to note because the house needed work and it was in a reverse mortgage status so there were some things that needed to be dealt with, which Brittany handled with aplomb.If youre looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, professional, smart, responsive, upbeat, friendly, and trustworthy--Brittany Bidwell is your agent.
