Real estate transactions are so fraught with peril whether selling or buying and that seems to be a universal experience. Lance brings a style to the table that works so well as far as maximizing your ability to sell at highest price with respect to amount of time you willing to wait. clearly the experience he has under his belt and perhaps personal characteristics in his methods makes the transaction amazingly ....well, pleasant. you can not pick the folks buying your house but the interaction he has or just as important does not have lead to the best outcome. The experience is DRAMA free . I would recommend Lance to anyone buying or selling a home in central Florida. i have found that there are a lot of real estate agents but few are what I would call professionals and that is the simple truth with working with Lance!
