Stephanie was recommended to me by the Executive Vice President of the Buckhead Coalition, and I am extremely happy that he did. Stephanie demonstrates the professionalism, quality, effectiveness, and wisdom of an experienced Broker in the Atlanta area. I cannot express enough how incredible she has been throughout my new home search/purchasing process. We started out meeting each other for the first time during lunch on a Saturday. I could already tell from my first sit down with her that she knew what she was doing, and would give it to me straight. We had such a fun time as well, setting the stage of what would become a fantastic working relationship.Stephanie and I spent about 2 weeks looking for a Condo in the Buckhead area, during which time she always came by my house to pick me up and drive us around town. Stephanie does not mess around, and is very fast with her showings, which was great considering I was taking time off work to view homes and needed all the time I could spare. We were in and out with enough time to visit multiple places and reflect on what we saw.When it came to the Condo I wanted, we saw it first thing in the morning, then visited another 6 or so places, then came back to that first Condo later that evening. I knew this was the one, and Stephanie agreed that I had seen enough places to make my decision. When I said, "let's make an offer", she DID NOT hesitate. She immediately contacted the selling agent to get the ball rolling, and we put in an offer and signed the initial documents that night. This was extremely important, as she also was able to find out that there were another 2-3 other people ready and waiting to make an offer after mine (they also saw the place that same day). Because of Stephanie's speediness, we were able to get in our offer first. Stephanie also played a huge role in determining a good offer. Not too low to scare them off, and not to high to not get a good counter offer. The amount that she came up with was perfect, and the seller countered with an amount $1,000 lower than what I was hoping for, which means Stephanie's advise worked, and I got the place for even cheaper than I thought I would.Stephanie stuck with me throughout the entire process, helping to coordinate repairs, and playing as the liaison between me and the sellers. I will always work with Stephanie in the future, and I strongly recommend her to anyone.Here are some of her major attributes/contributions during this entire process.- Responsiveness/Availability: Stephanie and I were in constant contact with each other, night and day, and she always made herself available for my questions/inquires- Professional/Confident: Stephanie was always professional and kind while working with me, and did not hesitate on providing her thoughts in a confident manner.Trustworthy/Honest: This being my first time buying a home, I was often times anxious and straight forward in regards to what I wanted. Stephanie knew exactly how to communicate with me in a way that not only got me to look at the "big-picture" of buying a home, but also gained my trust. We would walk in to a place and instead of trying to pitch all the normal things there is to get me to buy a place, she instead spoke her honest truth to me on whether or not this would ultimately be a good purchase, both in price and to fit my lifestyle. She wouldn't just agree with everything I would say, but instead provide her honest and open feedback.Knowledgeable/Expert on all accounts: Stephanie knows it all! She knows about the best locations, the inside scoops on pros/cons of each place, and definitely knows how to get around town!Fun: Stephanie has taken me to lunch, cracked jokes with me, and we've even started our own inside joke (Phone Ringtone!).I will most definitely work with Stephanie again when I purchase another home, and I strongly recommend her services.-Travis
