I wasn't even looking to sell my rental condo when I called Stephanie, I was just looking for some information. Keep in mind that I live out of state and was reluctant to face the struggle that was going to be selling my old residence. I called Stephanie and we discussed what she thought the property was "worth", which was more than I expected. So I told her I needed to think about it and would be in touch, well she called me the next day and said I have you a full price offer, assuming you still want to list it. So I said yes and she sold my property helped me get the repairs done and arranged a cleaning service, all without me ever coming back to town. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is professional and knows the market. If you are thinking about selling your home, you're foolish for not picking up the phone and reaching out to her.
