My overall experience with using Kim as a realtor was top-notch. She happily took me to see houses all over the city and was realistic and serious about the needs and wants that I had for a home. Not only was she a joy to interact with on a daily basis, her expertise in reality was blatantly apparent when we got serious making offers.As a first time home buyer, I had concerns about buying. Kim built trust in the way that she was honest and straightforward. I never felt pressured to pursue something that she knew was not in my best interest, and she was quickly able to help me sift through pros and cons of a location or home. She put me at ease, and even made looking at houses fun rather than stressful. When it came time to make offers, Kim guided me through the process and was able to asses the situation and helped me make the best possible offer based on the legwork she had done to asses the situation. She worked diligently and quickly to pull together information and was tireless in her efforts to help us get the house we wanted. She was incredibly communicative and available during that entire process.Overall, Kim made this daunting process incredibly manageable and was essential in getting the perfect place. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase without any hesitation.

Just closed on my condo despite an incredibly challenging environment for doing business (due to COVID19). This whole process went much faster and smoother than I anticipated, and I credit that all to Kim. She listed the place on a Thursday and we had a good offer within a day or two. Throughout she has patiently answered all of my questions, and anticipated things I didn't even know I needed - for example, getting a power of attorney and moving up the closing date when we realized I wouldn't be able to attend the closing in person. She also made sure that my renter was informed and not inconvenienced during the showing process. She met the HVAC technician when I couldn't and kept in touch with all other parties - the lender, the property manager. I completely trusted her on negotiations and felt informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend her!
