Kim is wonderful at what she does and you can tell she loves it. As a first time home buyer (during COVID), she patiently and gladly walked me through every step of the way. Dare I say it was EASY?! She went above and beyond. Months before I was even ready to buy a house, Kim was on the phone with me, getting to know me and my home preferences. She was recommending neighborhoods based on my lifestyle, preferences, and budget. Since she spent all this time with me, answering all my questions BEFORE I was even ready to buy, I knew she was the right agent for me. As a first time home buyer, I never had to guess or wonder what the next steps were, communication was flawless. Kim also gave great recommendations on who to go through for everything from a lender, home inspectors, etc. Her suggestions were never a let down. I cant imagine working with any other agent but Kim. I now have a home I am extremely happy with. If you are intimidated buy the whole process like I was, Kim is your gal!
