My wife and I utilized the services of Kelly Nation recently as we navigated the purchase of our house in Franklin, OH. Though wed lived in Ohio in 2013, we had been out of state since and on return we were unsure of the subtle fluctuations of the housing market in the areas between Cincinnati and Dayton and needed someone to assist us not only in representation for the purchase, but also qualities of various areas, and hopefully a little bit of handyman knowledge since I am the furthest thing from. We found this in Kelly Nation. I had done extensive research taking a holistic approach to everything from schools in the area, neighborhoods, commute time to/from our favorite attractions, work, and relatives, and actual specifics pertinent to houses themselves. When we decided on our house, I came well prepared and found that Kelly not only could provide additional clarity on a plethora of items I enquired about, but he was also equipped with experience concerning potential repairs and how to negotiate with the seller to have these things included as conditions of the purchase. He also was able to recommend an inspector prior to our loan application, and following the actual purchase, he also recommended specialists in the event we need reputable experts to help us with repairs needed down the road. Couldnt have asked for more in a real-estate representative. He is knowledgeable and patient and worked with us even though we had some contingencies (like selling our house out of state).
