Lydia is an excellent realtor. We were impressed with her knowledge of the local real estate market and her construction acumen, as she often pointed out things the average homebuyer would miss or be unaware of. Lydia has a wealth of knowledge that she readily shares, ensures youre fully educated in all aspects of the home buying process, and is extremely responsive and attentive. Equally important, she has a great network of referrals for any service you need, from lending to home inspection and beyond, all of which were positive experiences for us. After providing Lydia a list of our must-haves and going on a few home tours, she quickly picked up on our style and priorities. During a day of showings, Lydia suggested we see a house we had previously looked at online, but passed on for various reasons. Trusting his professional opinion, we viewed the home and to our surprise, loved it. Lydia expertly guided us through three rounds of negotiations before we finally had a ratified contract, for $25k less than the listing price and within our budget! It was a relief to know we were in good hands for the home stretch as Lydia managed the home inspection and subsequent negotiations, the finalization of our mortgage, and settlement. We could not be happier with our home and how everything worked out. No buyers remorse for us! To top off our experience, Lydia included at no cost to us, a home warranty which we initially didnt take much stock in. That is, until we needed a bathroom repair and then a new motor for our dryer, within two months of our move-in. She saved us hundreds of dollars and the hassle of having to purchase a brand new dryer. We highly recommend Lydia if you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, experienced, savvy, and who goes above and beyond for you from the start of the relationship and even after youve completed your purchase

Lydia Zache helped me to locate my future home on 4613 Macarthur Blvd unit A Washington DC 20007She Really listened to me and was able to pair me with a property which has a rare reservoir waterfront view within blocks of Georgetown that gives me the Georgetown experience but is approximately 100k less then living in Georgetown proper. She introduced me to great home inspector Dave Gullick who reviewed my property in great detail and I met her lender Stone Burdette who saved me 5k on my financing.... I am a first time buyer and Lydia helped me through some of my buyers remorse and even though we sometimes didn't agree she guided me in the right direction and I eventually saw her point of view and I strongly recommend her as an agent to anyone purchasing a home in the Georgetown area she knows her stuff and her network of experts is unbeatable. Lydia really cares about her clients and aims to please and she won me over which was not an easy task but I must say I am a believer. I cant promise she can find the same deal for you but she will do a great job on your behalf. I plan to recommend her to my friends and family. She even has the president of the settlement to come to wherever I say to do the settlement at my convenience ... so Let LYdia handle your transaction and save yourself a lot of time and money ...
