Irina could not have been better. She is so professional, so kind, and extremely good at her job. We saw her Coming Soon Signs and also many SOLD signs all over the area where we wanted to live, and I called her number from one of those signs. After months of searching for a house and many almosts in such a competitive market, within three weeks after we contacted her, we had an offer accepted. The house is perfect for us and we are so excited. Irina helped us through every step of the process, even helping make furniture and room layout suggestions. With prices this high, buying the house really was taking out all the reserves especially with closing costs factored in, and as a first time home buyer, buying a house also is just anxiety creating. Irina never got irritated and remained patient, helping with many questions that were definitely not her responsibility or in her job description (including an issue we had with the internet provider saying the house was not serviceable for Internet, which was definitely not the case! Irina got in touch with the seller who made a call and helped expedite the transfer of Internet service). We are moving in in a week! I know that none of this would have happened had it not been for Irina and her amazing team.
