I can't imagine there's an agent in town with more experience and familiarity with the market than John Herring. We moved to Missoula from the Midwest and interviewed several Realtors. After spending 5 minutes on the phone with John you realize what a knowledgeable yet down to earth & genuine person he is - selecting him was an obvious choice. We flew in for several weekends to look at houses. Each time John handled all the scheduling of showings and made the trip as productive and efficient as possible. When walking through a house he knew what to look for, and what questions to ask. Having raised his family here, he was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the schools, the different neighborhoods and the history of the city. Once we made an offer, John managed all the documentation, contingencies, and deadlines. He's so well connected that he was able to provide us with referrals to lenders, lawyers, insurance agents, & contractors - all of whom were incredibly professional and of the same exceptional standard as he. I can't say enough positive things about John. There's a reason he's been a 3-time Montana Realtor of the year. He'll be our career Realtor should we need to buy/sell another home in the Missoula market.
