We didn't know where to start when it came to buying a house, so we started with John as my wife knows him through work. He explained everything step by step (with great detail). He got us in contact with a local lender only a couple blocks from his office and we got the ball rolling with him. After we got our pre approval it was telling John our price range and sitting down with him, we narrowed our options down to 4 houses and the 4th house we looked at we decided to submit our offer. 3 days later we were under contract. Overall the process of buying our house with John was so easy, just know that Johns explains everything in great detail and will not miss anything for you and always check in with you and keep you in his loop of progress as well. We are so happy with our home and we can't thank John enough I would recommend him to anyone.
