Dayna Patrick is truly an All Star! We met during our first home purchase in the Roanoke area. She was the agent listed on our Zillow search for a home we wanted to see. We ended up not choosing that home, but because of her professionalism and willingness to schedule several showings during our quick trips from NOVA, she definitely won us as cliens. We found a great property and settled in.Our daughter ended up relocating from NC and Dayna was our go to for that home purchase as well! I was resistant to look at one property in particular because it was just outside what we wanted to spend. However, Dayna had an ace up her sleeve. Dayna was confident in timeframe to sell, and she and her team did not disappoint. It was a first showing sale! What a relief to know we could put that major part of our relocation behind us. From the most amazing pictures, staging, showing and inspections to the final steps of closing Dayna was more than a wonderful Realtor. She and her husband, Scott, are an excellent team and we consider ourselves fortunate to have met them. I highly recommend Dayna Patrick and team for any buy/sell situation. Her experience and knowledge are unmatched. For first time buyers she is the ideal educator, and her calm demeanor is settling in such an emotional time. For the estate purchaser you couldn't ask for any better. A native to the area, family history in real estate coupled with her skill and talent - you just can't teach that...Dayna is the total package!
