We are so happy we chose Alex and Vicky Rullo as our realtors for our property in Batavia. We had aunique property with no real comparables for a market analysis. Alex walked us through the entirepricing process and what to expect over the next several months. We signed on with them in earlyFebruary and they anticipated a contract by June and a closing by the end of August.In May we had a bidding war and ended with a full price contract.
