Clearence was extremely helpful in getting me the home I wanted. When the bank I had been dealing with for years was going thru a merger and had put me through the wringer over and over again despite me having good credit and having a good history with them,even having a mortage with them from a previous home,which i paid off and had never been late with a mortgage payment, they made me go thru the whole process again and I was so close to settlement. Clearence found another lender that treated me right and spear headed getting me settled ontime. He always made it his priority to answer my questions and stayed up late many evenings to make surd all was getting done. It always feels good when you have to call or text and your inquiry is responded to promptly. Even if he wasnt sure of something, he found the answers I needed from one of his knowlegable associaties. I would highly recommendClearence for your realty needs.
