We recently had the opportunity to go through our first time home buying experience and couldn't be more pleased with working with Jade. My fiancA(C) and I had come to quickly learn that the process is as tedious as people say regardless of how simple you think it might be and how much homework you have done yourself. Jade was recommended to us through a networking group of those who had success working with her. We had decided to purchase our home in the rural area of Southeast Indiana, and although the area was a newer territory for Jade, she was thorough and extensive in her knowledge of the real estate out there. If there were any questions we had (which were quite a few!) she was honest; if she did not have the answer, she never hesitated to admit that and then would go research for us. As much as we fear our thousand questions and emails perhaps stressed them out, she made for a much less stressful experience. From beginning to closing, and even after we have begun settling in, Jade and her team have gone the extra mile. I would highly recommend Jade & the Caldwell Team @ Re/Max!
