As a buyer in any market, especially one that is so competitive as the one we are currently experiencing, the single most important person in your life will be your realtor. I was fortunate enough to bump into Cecilia at an open house, and from just 20 minutes of speaking with her I knew she would be integral to finding, and securing, my dream home. We immediately mapped out a game plan, she asked what were the most important things that we were looking for in our home and in no time she was presenting properties that matched our criteria. Any open house that we attended, she was there with us providing honest feedback on the property from her extensive experience and building a relationships with the sellers realtor. Being a buyer using a VA loan, many realtors will avoid this type of purchase due to misinformation. When we finally found the home we loved, she helped us craft an offer that would be too good to pass on, and reassured us that VA was just as good, if not better, than any other loan. She was constantly communicating between the sellers, our lender, and ourselves and didnt hesitate to answer any questions we had no matter what time it was. And just like that we had a contract on the first and only home we put an offer on. After our offer was accepted, a quick loan process, we are new owners of our forever home. I never expected to have such an excellent experience in this crazy market. I can honestly say that if we had any other realtor, we would not have been able to secure the first and only home we put an offer on. I'm not going to say that there is no stress in purchasing a home, it is an extremely expensive endeavor and can have devastating consequences to your financial future if it is not done right, and with the right people in your corner. Its a team effort. With Cecilia I can promise that you will have someone that will fight for you, and always put you first. I admire her passion for her profession and her vast experience and knowledge that is evident in what she can make happen. I just want to thank you again Cecilia for everything you did for my family, and I hope you continue to make other families as happy as youve made mine.
